Mercedes-Benz Country Hills Client Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview:

The Mercedes-Benz Country Hills Client Referral Program (the "Program") is designed to reward qualified clients for referring new clients to Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. Qualified clients who successfully refer a new client to Mercedes-Benz Country Hills may be eligible to receive a referral bonus of $250 in cash from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Program.

Eligibility:

· The Program is exclusively offered to existing Mercedes-Benz Country Hills clients who have purchased or leased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills within the past five years.

· The referred client ("Buyer") must be a first-time Mercedes-Benz Country Hills client.

· Only retail purchases and leased vehicles qualify for the Program.

· Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form provided by Mercedes-Benz Country Hills to be eligible.

Referral Process:

· Referrals must be made before the Buyer purchases a vehicle or visits the Mercedes-Benz Country Hills dealership.

· New referral clients must purchase a vehicle within 30 days of the referral submission to qualify for the Program.

· The referral bonus is not transferrable and can only be awarded to the referrer.

Exclusions:

Mercedes-Benz Country Hills dealership staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Program Modifications:

Mercedes-Benz Country Hills reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Program without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to eligible participants through the contact information provided.

Bonus Award:

Upon successful qualification, the referrer will receive a $250 cash reward from Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. The reward will be awarded as a check determined by Mercedes-Benz Country Hills.

General Terms:

Participation in the Program is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Mercedes-Benz Country Hills reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrers and referred Buyers and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Program is void where prohibited by law.

All decisions related to the Program, including eligibility, qualification, and bonus awards, will be made by Mercedes-Benz Country Hills and are final.
